MRSC Rosters is a small works roster service that provides a membership database used by BHA to efficiently and affordably contact registered businesses about small public works construction projects, consulting opportunities, and contracting of goods or services. This roster is used whenever a procurement requires significant vendor outreach. BHA will look up the category of work and email the solicitation to all of the listed vendors or contractors.
